If you are in need of a reliable vehicle to use to take the driver skills test at MVA...LOOK NO FURTHER! BLISS Driving allows the use of our vehicles and instructors to accompany applicants to MVA for testing.  

• The instructor will meet the student at MVA 
• We are available to go to the Reistertown Rd location @8:45 ONLY
• Cost $125 (covers the use of the car only)
• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required to reserve a vehicle
